Directions
Baked Oatmeal Casserole, This recipe would be great for a brunch, or for house guest If available you can use fresh berries For an extra tasty top, sprinkle a tablespoon or so of extra brown sugar , What is the liquid proportion if using steel cut oats? Also if using apple juice instead of milk? Thanks :), I made 2 batches at the same time for an office wedding shower The first used frozen blueberries and white chocolate chips ( a little extra of each) , and the second used Butterscotch chips and pecans I need to work on the top a bit to make it more pleasing to the eye And perhaps offer a little cream to add after serving, but overall, this recipe was like eating a warm cookie! I am usually not the biggest fan of oatmeal, but I plan on making another batch for my family tomorrow
