2 cups chopped fresh broccoli

    Broccoli Quiche,Vegetarian quiche is easy to make but presents very well. Non vegetarians can throw in a little diced bacon.,used a frozen Pillsbury crust. I knew 1-1/2 cups of milk would be too much, but even 1 cup overflowed the pan! And the crust was soggy. But the flavor (using Cabot cheddar cheese) and consistency were excellent.

    Preheat Oven to 175deg C (350deg F).

    Over Medium Heat Melt Butter in Large Saucepan.

    Add Onion, Garlic and Broccoli.

    Cook Slowly, Stirring Occasionally Until the Vegetables Are Soft.

    Spoon Vegetables Into Pie Shell and Sprinkle With Cheese.
