Cabbage Casserole,A recipe from Amish country from Lovis Stoltzfus in Kinzers, PA . A good and satisfying side dish.,used Cheddar rather than American cheese, and gluten-free bread crumbs. Simple to make and tasty. It’s a keeper.,Very tasty! I cooked the shredded cabbage in my Instant Pot for 3 minutes with 1.5 cups of water. I added cooked chicken and because used chicken I subbed cream of chicken soup instead of the mushroom. I added fresh parsley and habanero pepper sauce for a kick.
