Ground Beef and Spinach Casserole, From my collection of handwritten recipes 1970-84 , This was a great tasting recipe I substituted the swiss with cheddar cheese since I had it handy Also added additional salt and pepper to the beef mixture while browning Finally topped it with a little extra cheddar before baking Overall we really enjoyed it and it’s a keeper!, Loved this recipe made it exactly as written Leftovers the next day were great too!
