Melt Butter on the Stove, Then Mix in Sugar and Brown Sugar. Do not Boil. Remove from Heat. Pour Butter and Sugar Mixture Into a Large Mixing Bowl and Add Eggs and Vanilla. Mix Thoroughly. Add Baking Powder, Soda, Salt, and Finally the Flour. Mix Ingredient For About Three Minutes on High Speed. Add Quick Oats and Coconut. Mix For Two More Minutes. Then Decide If Raisins or Chocolate Chips Are Your Desire, and Add Them. (this Cookie Can Stand on Its Own Too, If You Choose!). |
