Bourbon-Glazed Pork Chops,From Southern Living.,Could you use this recipe for a pork tenderloin,Instead of pork, used the glaze on steak. The only thing i changed about the glaze recipe was adding 1/2 TSP of garlic powder and a pinch of bazil leafs (for flare). I first marinated the steak in the glaze for about 2.5 hrs. While cooking the steak on low on stovetop I made up a second batch of glaze, I heated it on high in the microwave for about 3-5 mins while steering occasionally. I let the steak and glaze sit for about 5 mins before digging in. Delish!!
