Sour Cream Chicken Squares, uses bisquick recipe #16813 if you dont have real thing if you have any of that rotessoire chicken left over this might work for you, This was really a nice meal I didn’t want a 9×13 pan of food I cut the recipe in thirds I estimated 3 lbs of cooked meat from the chicken, but ended up using a 10 oz or so breast Did not have pimento, used some sun-dried tomato that I chopped Also had no mushrooms, ended up not using anything instead, which was just as well, as it filled my 14 oz mini casserole dish Also, I added fresh thyme to both the crust and the filling I baked it longer than indicated, as I got distracted, but it was not at all dry Somewhat souffle like in texture I think you could omit the crust, just grease the pan
