Low Carb Squash Casserole, I made this for Thanksgiving and know one even knew we were watching our carbs My kids think it tastes like the Boston Market version , Please tell me how many carbs are in a single serving , This is a great keto recipe I followed to the letter, just barely steamed the three veg Saut would work, I suppose, but at 40 minutes at 350 it might soften too much I didnt blend the veg, but only pulsed them a couple of times Outstanding addition to my keto repertoire And yes, recipe could be a little more detailed for less experienced cooks
