Shredded Chicken Quesadillas, So yummy, Wow. nothing more needs to be said., TERRIFIC!! This is more than a “recipe”, it is actually a brilliant cooking technique. One could vary the filling to suit preferences or ingredients on hand. I lightly oiled my pan with HEB garlic infused canola oil. The only two things I would change is to line the pan with foil to cut down on the mess, AND turn the oven down a notch. My first batch was a little tinged on the edges. Over Medium Heat, Cook Uncovered, For 10 Minutes or Until Heated Through, Stirring Occasionally. |
