Directions
fresh pineapple chicken, fresh fruits and vegetables always make great meals!, This was a very tasty dish. I followed it exactly but used skinless chicken thighs instead of breasts. I wish it made a bit more sauce so next time I might add some pineapple juice to deglaze the pan. I think it would be better with chicken breasts cut into bit size pieces and will definitely be making it again with those few tweaks. I had it over brown rice…yum! Thanks!
