    My DH always raved about the Bonefish Grill spaghetti squash side dish and suggested that I make it. This recipe came up. It makes a boat load of glaze. I put 4 tablespoons of the glaze over the squash and placed the remaining glaze in a serving dish, allowing DH to add more to his plate. The glaze is sweet with a hint of ginger and I think it would be delicious on pork chops.

    Cut Squash in Half Lengthwise.

    Remove Seeds; Place in Large Baking Pan, Cut Side Down.

    Bake 45 Minutes or Until Skin Is Tender and Strands Can Be Loosened Easily With a Fork.

    in Saut Pan, Cook Ginger With Unsalted Butter Until Tender.

    Add Chicken Base (chicken Base Is Concentrated, Paste-Like Flavor Essence Sold in Larger Supermarkets and Gourmet Stores), Honey and Brown Sugar.

    Mix Water and Cornstarch and Add to Ginger Mixture.

    Let Simmer For 5 Minutes; Keep Warm.
