Layered Caribbean Chicken Salad,Pillsbury Bake-Off runner up; Barbara Jansky, Estero, FL,Thanks “ratherbe” for posting this recipe from the Pillsbury Bake-off. I made this for my bunco group and they loved it. The season gives it a kick and the sweet and creamy of the yogurt balances it out. It is a great salad anytime but will make a super one come summer time. I couldn’t find edible flowers but they weren’t even missed.
