Directions
Portuguese Paella, I love the blend of flavors in this dish. This is a hearty one dish meal. The secret spice is the Saffron. Saffron is expensive, but you must add it or the taste of authentic Paella is lost., I havent liked paella that I have made myself. This was excellent, quick and easy. Thank you for posting this recipe. I substituted green beans and snap peas for the asparagus and peas in the recipe, and used 100 g of chorizo. It was really, really good. My family really liked it. I thought the instruction/cooking time was perfect.
