Anniversary Chicken

This was ok. used regular teriyaki sauce and I found to not be salty at all. I might try this again but will marinate the chicken beforehand to get more taste.

Anniversary Chicken, Found this recipe on allrecipies.com courtesy of Vicki Frew. I cooked mine for 15 minutes before I added cheese, green onions and bacon bits. I was afraid the cheese would be cooked to much if it was on the whole time. Miss Annie is right–after the 1st time I made it I started skipping the browning too and just put raw skinless, boneless chicken breasts in pan and poured the other ingredients over top. Cooks up just fine either way., This was ok. used regular teriyaki sauce and I found to not be salty at all. I might try this again but will marinate the chicken beforehand to get more taste., Tastes fantastic! I wonder how it would taste when eaten in a flatbread/pita. It has all the required elements for good “Street meat” or after bar hours vendor food. Chicken, teriyaki, ranch, cheese, onions, bacon… it has all of the right flavor elements. I bet you could even make a decent pizza variant of this work well.
