Preheat Oven to 375. Coat a 2 to 3 Quart Baking Dish With Cooking Spray. I Did not Use Cooking Spray and Didn't Even Coat My Pan, and It Was Fine Although I Frequently Use My Butter Wrappers Instead. |

Heat Olive Oil in a Pan Over Medium High Heat. Add the Beef and Cook For 4 to 5 Minutes or Until Just Browned, Breaking Up the Meat With a Spatula. |

Add the Onion and Cook For an Additional 3 to 4 Minutes or Until Onion Is Translucent. |
