    In a Large Bowl, Mix Hash Browns, Melted Butter, Soup, Salt, Pepper, Onions, Sour Cream, and Cheese. Blend Thoroughly. (blend After Each Ingredient Is Added). Put Into a 3 Quart Casserole (sprayed With Pam). Cover With Potato Chips Cover and Place in Oven Set @ 350 Degrees For 45 Minutes.
