Chicken Fajitas, Easy, quick, and so good!!, Used chicken tenders; added 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon olive oil to lime mixture; cooked in a cast iron skillet., I like any recipe that makes my kitchen smell like a Mexican restaurant, and this one fits the bill! To make it easier, used chicken tenders. To the lime mixture, I added 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon olive oil. I think this helped round out the flavors of the recipe. I also used a cast iron skillet to make it really authentic.
