Bistec De Palomilla (Cuban Fried Steak),Living in South Florida for several years, this was a favorite of mine when we’d go out to a Cuban restaurant. It’s good with black beans & rice & fried plantains.,I love this recipe. Make a recipe from the memories of being at Jackies with Barb. Good times, out of this world food. Especially this and the most divine salad to every cross my lips.,I made this for my husband who is Cuban. He said it was perfect! I did add cumino to this recipe because I remember my late mother-in-law used to add it to hers. Great recipe for an inexpensive cut of meat!
