Firehouse Favorite Casserole

Features:
  • Gluten Free
Cuisine:

Originally I got this recipe off of the Grandma's Frozen Noodles, however I can't find those in my local stores anymore. I now use Reames Frozen noodles, they are comparable. I have made a couple of modifications to the original to suit our family's needs. use black olives instead of green peppers (due to an allergy.). I also add 1 tsp of Italian Seasoning, salt and pepper to taste and minced garlic. Add the garlic at the same time as the onions and mushrooms, remaining seasonings after adding the tomatoes and soup.
