Lkebab Algerian Fried Potato In Sauce

Very tasty but doesn't look very good. I wonder if this recipe has some steps missing, maybe lost in translation upon seeing http://www.celtnet.org.uk/recipes/miscellaneous/fetch-recipe.php?rid=misc-kabab-bil-batata. I stirred the liquid in the pan after cooking for the 40 minutes with beaten egg. used canola oil, 4 chicken leg with thighs - bone in, canned chickpeas, freshly ground black pepper to taste, sea salt to taste, plus the rest of the ingredients. I didn't forget the lemon wedges but the instructions don't mention to serve with them. I may even make this again the taste was so good. Made for Welcome to Algeria!
