    In a Large Saucepan, Combine All the Ingredients.

    Bring Mixture to a Boil Over Medium High Heat.

    Reduce Heat to Low, Simmer, Stirring Occasionally, Until the Potatoe and Cabbage Are Tender and Cooked (about 40 Minutes).
