Thin Pizza Crust, I’m a thin crust person and I found this on a web site not sure which one. Very easy and bakes up crispy not soggy., I made a double recipe for a 16 inch pan, and while that was a little thick for my taste, my husband and picky son liked it. I also added some oregano, garlic powder and onion powder for a boost. Another thing I did was brush the pan and dough with olive oil. Seems like it made it easier to press out. I was concerned since I had doubled the recipe that it might not cook through, so as the oven was heating up, I placed the pizza crust in the oven while it warmed up, which took about 3 minutes. It all turned out very well, and though I made changes, I think it’s a great base recipe. Thank you for posting!
