Sausage ‘n Hamburger Rounds, These are delicious! I have served them several times at pot lucks and friends’ get togethers They are so easy to make and so convenient to constantly have on hand Yummy , My family has been making these since the 1960s, calling them Buffalo Chips, probably for their rather unpleasant appearance But they are just the best I make them with party rye when I can get it When I cant, use a Jewish-style rye, toasting them on one side Dont drop the topping on the bread; spread it slightly , Has anyone tried these as sliders ? I love them as party rounds
