Heat Skillet on Med-High Heat. Add Oil. |

Saute Garlic and Onion.(till Onion Turns Transparent). |

Season With Salt and Pepper According to Taste. When Meat Mixture Is Cooked, Drain Excess Oil and Let It Cool. |
