2 cups chicken broth

    Heat 3 Tablespoons Oil in a Large Skillet.

    Add Meat and Brown on All Sides. Remove and Set Aside.

    Place Potatoes in a Greased Baking Dish Large Enough to Hold All Ingredients.

    Spread Meat Over Potatoes.
