    Cukes and Onions (Cucumbers and Onions), One of my husband’s favorite summer time dishes Cooking time is refrigeration time , My mom made this while I was growing up, minus the onions Delish Making it again today!, It works better if you slice the cukes and onions, add salt and let them sit for awhile to get the water out Squeeze them and then add the rest of the ingredients I also make this with vinegar and oil, salt and pepper
