1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

    Beef and Hominy, , This is a hearty comfort food! Excellent textures as well! I did add golden corn which added some more texture, color, and a sweet flavor that was a good complement to the spicy nature of the dish I also added beer and fresh organic lime to increase the water content by preference which added excellent flavor At the finish, I added a bit of cilantro on top and avocado on the side and it was the cherry on top! Thanks for the great recipe, loved it!

    Saute the Meat, Celery, Garlic, and Onions in Oil Until Onions Are Slightly Soft.

    Add the Chiles, Tomato Sauce, Celery Salt, Cumin, Chili Powder, and Pepper, and Simmer For 5 Minutes.

    Add Drained Hominy to the Meat Mixture and Cook Until Hominy Absorbs the Color of the Sauce.

    Place in Serving Bowl and Top With Grated Cheddar.
