Joan’s Ultimate Broccoli Madness Salad Inspired by Souplantation

Perfect! Thank you! I was looking for a copycat Sweet Tomatoes recipe. Taking it to a cookout. used low-fat mayo, packaged bacon pieces, & a few Craisins thrown in with the raisins. I can't stop eating it. My broccoli heads must have been smaller as it didn't make as much as I expected, & I only needed to use half the dressing. Next time Ill use more broccoli.

Souplantation’s Joan’s Broccoli Madness Salad (Sweet Tomatoes),I had this at a chain salad bar style restaurant in FL called Sweet Tomatoes and found it online. Souplantation is another name for the chain. It was yummy. I make bacon in the microwave to save time and for easy clean up. If you use precooked bacon bits, this is a no-cook recipe. I think freshly crisped bacon is best but the other will do.,Perfect! Thank you! I was looking for a copycat Sweet Tomatoes recipe. I modify it a bit by cutting out the sugar in the dressing but still amazing taste. I served it with baked fish and red quinoa. It company everything well and my dinner party wanted more.
