Microwave Rice Pudding,I LOVE rice pudding and this is one of my favorite! This is super easy and creamy. Guaranteed not to scorch or curdle! I always add some cinnamon and/or nutmeg or it’s great without! Yummy warm or cold. use leftover rice. This is one of my kids favorite desserts, will not disappoint <3!,Finally found a rice pudding recipe that isn't all milky on top. I made a few changes since I'm pre diabetic. Used Almond Milk but with 2 and 1/2 cups instead of 3 and used 1/2 cup stevia extract. Turned out great. Thank you for this recipe,How much cinnamon and nutmeg? Please dont say add to taste. Just give me an idea. Thanks

Make Sure the Rice Is Cooked Ahead of Time. |
