Chinese Five Spice Chicken Salad

What a great idea! I cut the recipe in half since it was for just the two of us. The only change I made was to substitute low-fat Greek yogurt for the sour cream -- a little healthier and of course even more tang. Delicious; will definitely make it again.

Chinese Five Spice Chicken Salad, This recipe was inspired by a meal that I had at a locally owned cafe. Their chicken salad had that distinctive five spice flavor. This is my adaptation with a bit more kick and colorful diced vegetables., What a great idea! I cut the recipe in half since it was for just the two of us. The only change I made was to substitute low-fat Greek yogurt for the sour cream — a little healthier and of course even more tang. Delicious; will definitely make it again.
