Cheddar Pennies, These are delicious little cheese bites that are great warm from the oven but also taste good at room temperature Makes a great appetizer or snack , I loved these right out of the oven – yummy! I had to stop myself from eating more since I made these for the kid’s after school snack To my surprise they did not like them as much as I did but they thought they were ok That’s fine though, all the more for me Next time, I will double the recipe and add a bit of garlic to half the batch As suggested by another reviewer, definitely need to drain on paper towels Thx Karen for the delicious and simple snack , I really enjoyed this light crisp snack I took these to a small gathering and everyone liked it I do recommend 2 things 1) Make a double batch 🙂 2) Drain the pennies on paper towels after baking

Cream Butter Until Soft and Stir in the Remaining Ingredients. |
