    Grilled Eggplant, TOH; wonderful for summer barbecues , used garlic powder instead of garlic salt to cut down on the saltiness We loved the thinner slices, cooked till crispy, absolutely delicious!!, Did not care for these I followed the recipe exactly which I always do first time out Between the garlic salt and regular salt they were way too salty Maybe if I made them again I would cut the salt and use garlic powder Two stars for quick and easy

    Peel the Eggplant, and Then Cut Into 3/4-Inch Slices.

    Combine Butter, Garlic Salt, and Italian Seasonings; Stir Well.

    Brush Eggplant Slices With Butter Mixture, and Sprinkle With Salt and Pepper.

    Place Eggplant on Grill; Grill Over Medium Heat 10 Minutes or Until Tender, Turning and Basting Occasionally.
