Sauteed Garlic Broccoli -Spicy

Features:
    Cuisine:

Good combination of ingredients. But I find I don't need to boil nearly as long (only a couple minutes will do), otherwise the broccoli becomes too soft. It's also possible to skip drying the broccoli and instead of using oil, to simply cook it while wet.
