Chef Bobs Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Features:
    Cuisine:

What a nice blend of flavors for a no-bake cookie. I was having a tremendous craving for chocolate the other night and threw 1/2 of a recipe together in no time at all. I did use dark cocoa for this recipe (as that is all I had) so they were a bit richer than probably using a different cocoa but very tasty! A half recipe gave me 44 cookies so beware that this recipe gives tons of cookies! They store and save well - it is day 3 and they are still fresh and moist which will be wonderful when I make them for school lunches again this fall. Thanks for sharing a keeper! Made for me and tagged in Bargain Basement tag game.
