3/4 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 lbs broccoli broken into florets stems peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
2 tablespoons peanut oil
1 tablespoon finely shredded fresh ginger
1 green onion shredded
1 garlic clove minced
1 1/2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved in
2 teaspoons chicken broth

    Bring Broth to Boil in Medium Saucepan.

    Add Broccoli Stems, Cover and Cook Until Crisp-Tender, 3 to 4 Minutes.

    Stir in Dissolved Cornstarch Mixture and Cook Briefly Until Thickened.
