Chocolate Chai Snickerdoodles, I found these on Slash food and made them over the weekend addictive little cookies! The dough is very easy to work with and they flatten out beautifully! Don’t skip the cardomom and use good quality cocoa , I have a pre-made masala chai spice mix that I bought from the store one day and was wondering if I could use that in place of the ginger, cinnamon and cardamom in this recipe? If so, would I just use the same measurements (ie roughly 3 teaspoons total)?

Preheat Over to 350f. |

in Large Mixing Bowl, Stir Together Sugar and Spices; Set 1/2 Cup of the Mixture Aside. |
