Ingredients

1 1/2 cups shelled fresh peas
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 egg
1 tablespoon yoghurt
3 tablespoons milk (it's ok to use nonfat milk)
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup of fresh mint, chopped
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
red pepper flakes, to taste
1 cup boiled water

    In a Medium Sized Pot, Boil Peas For 2 Minutes and Drain. Set Aside.

    in a Large Bowl, Mix the Yoghurt, Milk, Egg With Spoon Until Smooth.

    Stir in Chopped Garlic, Black Pepper, Salt, Red Pepper Flakes, and Mint.

    Add Peas and Stir.

    Gradually Add Cornmeal, Stir Constantly So That the Mixture Does not Get Lumpy.

    Heat 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil in a Pan.

    Drop Tablespoonful of Batter Into the Pan.

    Flatten Patty Slightly With the Back of a Spoon.
