Pork Loin With Brown Sugar Glaze Crock Pot, A slow cooker pork roast with a sweet and lightly spiced glaze by Diana Rattray. Sent to me in an e-mail from About.com. Haven’t tried this yet, but it sounds delicious and looks so easy to make., I don’t know what happened, but 7 hours on low turned my beautiful roast into a dried shriveled-up piece of inedible garbage., This was the BEST pork Ive ever had in my life. It was the most tender, moist pork roast I’ve every had. I followed the instructions to a “T”. used a small pork sirloin roast because it is just my husband and I. I cooked it on low for 3 hours, then an additional 1 hour with the special glaze. It was cooked perfectly. Hubby and I both had seconds! Bravo! 5 Stars!
