Corn Dodgers

Features:
    Cuisine:

This recipe gets four stars because it's so doggone cheap, easy and quick. I drop them from a shallow metal gravy spoon for an after-school snack two or three times a week for the kids, and they like them just fine. Add a half cup of minced onions and a half teaspoon of pepper and they come out rather like hush puppies. Or add a teaspoon of sugar, and drop them by soupspoon onto the pan and they're small - a whole plate full - great with tea.
