    Milk Rice,This is a delicious rice dessert.,is this good to eat because i have never tried it before,Total comfort food! Kinda like a dessert risotto lol. I halved the recipe because my poor fridge is already stuffed with leftovers from my ZWT cooking frenzy. used whole milk, which made this so nice and creamy, and I didn’t need to add any extra milk, either. used blueberry honey instead of the sugar, but I added one extra spoonful to make it a bit sweeter. I also sprinkled it with some cinnamon because I adore cinnamon with most sweet stuff. This was good at any temperature, but I was especially partial to warm. Thanks for posting! Made for ZWT4

    Bring Water to a Boil in a Large Saucepan. Wash the Rice and Drain It. Add the Rice to the Boiling Water, and Cook For 5 Minutes.

    in a Separate Saucepan, Bring the Milk to a Boil Over Medium Heat.

    Remove the Cooked Rice and Drain It. Slowly Drop the Rice Into the Boiling Milk. Lower the Heat and Add Salt, Vanilla Bean, and Sugar. Cover and Simmer 15 - 20 Minutes, Stirring Occasionally, Until the Milk Is Absorbed. Add More Milk, If Necessary For a Tender Rice.

    Serve Warm, Cold or Room Temperature - Your Preference.
