Crock Pot Stifado

This recipe rocks like The Beatles in Swinging London, which is where I got the idea to try beef stifado, sort of. Characters in The Kings of London by William Shaw were eating it in a Greek restaurant. so I went to my trusty food.com and this is the first one i viewed and i say why look any further ? #1 : convenience of the crickpot, not to mention getting to smell it for hours. Flavors meld wonderfully on high but i 'm going to try it on slow next time, and there will be many next times. This is a true keeper!

Crock Pot Stifado, A tasty Greek stew, made easy with a crock pot., This recipe rocks like The Beatles in Swinging London, which is where I got the idea to try beef stifado, sort of. Characters in The Kings of London by William Shaw were eating it in a Greek restaurant. so I went to my trusty food.com and this is the first one i viewed and i say why look any further ? #1 : convenience of the crickpot, not to mention getting to smell it for hours. Flavors meld wonderfully on high but i ‘m going to try it on slow next time, and there will be many next times. This is a true keeper!, This turned out really good. I have been wanting to try this for awhile and I’m glad I finally did. It was very easy to make and cooked quickly. I served on angel hair pasta. I only used one onion as that seemed like a lot, but next time I will add another as it wasn’t overpowering at all. It was nice to make something different.
