Earl’s Warm Potato Salad With Roast Corn and Bacon,I can barely keep this potato salad in the bowl. Delicious hot or cold and easy to make. Perfect for summer bbqs!,used to work at Earls, and one of our staff favourite substitutions was “pot salad fries” – the exact same recipe, but made with fries instead! I didn’t have any potatoes, but did have fries in the freezer. Tastes just like the restaurant! So happy I found this copycat recipe.,Does anyone have a proper baking time at this temp? I dont want to overdo the potatoes. Thanks!
