I haven’t made this salad yet, but it seems like it would be a wonderful summer salad.,this is a most refreshing salad, and a great way to use the surplus produce. it goes well with everything from rice to meat to pita. i always love getting this when i go to middle eastern restaurants.,Made this as written only using up some cherry tomatoes cutting them in half. I did use the mint (which I haven’t done before in a tomato salad)….delicious! Thank you for posting a great recipe. Made for the Iranian/Persian tag.
