Directions
Artichoke–Chicken Casserole, This is an easy dish, but nice enough for company. My bunko group raved about it! Serve it with a Ceasar salad and crusty bread. I got it from Meals.com – no author was listed., We loved this. Served it with quinoa! Used a Costco rotisserie chicken. We added sundried tomatoes. Yum, Excellent recipe! Thank you. I’ve made it several times so now, of course, I fool around with it. Added greens and cream cheese but didn’t have the mushrooms. Still wonderful! Edit to add: use the leftovers to make a marvelous pizza topping! Also a good idea to serve with noodles as it is quite rich.
