    Delicious!!!! The only change I made was I substituted cream of broccoli for the cream of mushroom as my husband does not like mushrooms. Will most definitely make again!!!

    Best Broccoli Cheese Casserole, This is so delicious everyone wants to eat it all up, you can’t stop with just one helping it is very simple to make and will tempt your tastebuds!, This was good with our Christmas dinner and easy to make The only thing is that I think I cooked the broccoli a little too much so it was a little too mushy- so next time I will cook it a little firmer , Really good dish If you wanted an all-in-one supper, maybe you could add some cooked chicken to it Either way, it’s great!

    Boil Florets For 3 Minutes or Until Just Tender.

    Mix Beaten Egg, Milk, Onion, Mayonnaise, Cheese, Mushroom Soup, Salt and Pepper. Lightly Fold in Florets Into This Mixture.

    Pour Into a Greased 3 Quart Casserole Dish. Sprinkle Crushed Crackers on Top and Drizzle With Melted Butter.

    Bake in a 325 Degree Oven For 30 Minutes or Until Bubbly. Careful not to Overbrown Cracker Crumbs.
