Cheddar Cheese Corn Casserole, Family tradition demands corn casserole at Thanksgiving at my house. This is the one my mom has made since I was a kid, and we never have any left., This was so good and easy to make.
Made this for my family for the first time, and they all loved it!
I will be making this recipe again for sure. The only thing I did change was that I drained the whole kernel corn as other ones stated, and it came out great!
Thanks Felix for this great recipe!
KEP, I loved this recipe, but everyone at the table said it would be a little better if pepper jack cheese were used next time. Not a criticism, but an enhancement since we were having mexican food.
