Chinese Chicken in Sweet and Sour Sauce, All I can say is just try it, you are going to just love this yummy dish!, This was outstanding!! Better sweet and sour sauce then i’ve ever had in any chinese restaurant gf also agrees! There was just enuff breading for chicken so i will make some more next time (double is too much).. didnt make much changes only added maybe 1-1, 5tbsp of soy sauce to give it a little depth(?) or somthing anyway it worked out great! Thank you so much for posting this i luv it!! (used Muscovado brow sugar, dont know whats the difference with normal), I liked this it was very good. Bit of a fuss to make and it makes a LOT. I added more vegies cabage and others and a can of pineapple. Make sure you mix the corn starch in the last cup of water before you put it in. The breading for the chicken was way too thick I added some white wine to thin it out. I only used two chicken breasts there may not have been enough breading for 4.
