Impossible Vegetable Pie

Features:
    Cuisine:

I also tweaked the recipe. My husband likes his meat so I added about 1/2 cup of ham. Used red and green peppers for color. Also grated 2 medium carrots. I didn't have any bisquick so I made it from scratch. I would definitely make this again. Oh, I also assembled it the night and refrigerated it. Pulled it out in the morning popped it in the oven and took a 45 minute walk while it baked.
