    This was really good. Based on other reviews I cut the milk back to 1/2 Cup and I felt that it was perfect. I tried the sauce before cooking and it just seemed a little plain, so I lightly sprinkled some Cajun seasoning in and it worked out great. I topped off my serving with a little hot sauce and thought it was great!
