Irish Colcannon (Winter Vegetable Casserole), A traditional Irish dish This dish may also be made in a crock pot , While not traditional, I loved the parsnip/potato mash as the base for the other ingredients I would give this 5 stars for the results, but downgraded a star because of the number of pans I needed to make it!!, This dish was just not for me the parsnip and mace have far too heavy flavors for me the leeks cabbage and garlic, hey that was right on! It’s not the recipe that I didn’t favor, just the overall flavor
